This fried crunchy noodles you can easily make in home.kids and adults all want this crispy noodles when added into manchow soup…it tastes awesome in Chinese bhel…the options are endless.
This one I have done for my kitty party as I will prepare chopsuey…so just day before I prepared this so that chopsuey can be done in less time…some took this to home also
Preparation Time 2 min
Cooking Time 3 min
Frying time 5 to 7 min per batch
250 gm noodles
Salt to taste
Oil to put in noodles
OIL to deep fry
Water to Boil
Boil sufficient water,add salt and little oil to the water.
When water starts boiling add noodles to this.
Just parboil it for 3 min.
Straint he water completely.
Now add water and little more oil to the parboiled noodles.
After it cools down completely,strain all the water.
Dry the noodles on a thick cloth so thatall the moisture absorbed.
Meanwhile heat the oilf or deep frying.
Take someamount of noodles and deep fry in low flame.
Turn it upside down time to time so that it is evenly fried .
When it turns into golden colour,remove to an absorbent paper so that excess oil is drained out.
Make it cool down and store this in an air tight container.
You can use this for chopsuey,manchow soup,Chinese bhel…or munch as it is.
After straining the water add water and little oil to the noodles so that it will not stick to each other.
Deep fry in low flame so that it will remain crispy for longer periods.
