This one I love to have with rice n ghee…sometimes we wanna have something different.Believe me friends the combo is super yummy…just try once. So lets get started

Ingredients
½ cup tuar dal
¼ cup chana dal
2 tbsp sesame seeds
12-15 curry leaves
10 -12 whole red chili
a pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
Procedure
Dry roast the tuar dal in low flame till it gets golden colour.
I dry roast in different pans at same time…in this way it saves time also.
After dry roasting remove to bowls.
Make it cool down.
Grind to a powder form…its ready.
Add some with hot steamed rice and ghee…it tastes heavenly.
Notes
Dry roast all in low flame,otherwise it will get burnt.
Dry roast all the dal n sesame seeds separately,as roasting time is different.
After grinding let it cool down and then store in an air tight container.
Store in fridge…to retain the freshness n flavour for longer dayz.
