Saatvik my son is so fond of Garlic Bread…so I thought why not give a try. After making this I got to know wow it is so easy to prepare in home…ditto Dominos Style. So this time thought to make a video on this and show to my viewers. So lets get started

Ingredients Required

2 cups APF(All Purpose Flour or Maida)

4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp chopped garlic
3 tsp mixed herb
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp oil
½ cup warm milk
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 cup grated pizza cheese
Water to make dough
Dry flour to roll the dough

Procedure

In a bowl add warm milk,sugar and yeast.
Mix it well and keep this as it is for 10 min.
After 10 min yeast get activated and rise enough.
Now in a bowl add rest of garlic,butter and 1 tbsp mixed herbs,your grlic butter mixture is ready.
In a big vessel add miada,salt,oil,2 tbsp buter,1tbsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp of mixed herb.
Mix these well and by adding little water knead to a soft dough.
Rest the dough atleast for 2 hours for proofing.
It rises in volume,punch the dough so all the air knock out.
Make a big size dumpling,dust with dry flour and roll it with 1/2 inch thickness.
On the rolled dough spread garlic butter mixture.
Now on half part sprinkle grated cheese and on this sprinkle some mixed herbs and red chili flakes.
Flip from one side to make a semi circle.
Now on this spread the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle some mixed herbs and red chili flakes.
Fold the rolled bread with the rest half part and seal the edges.
Now make a cut of 1 inch thickness and cut into sticks keeping the edges uncut
Preheat the oven at 200 degree for 10 min in baking mode.
Place the stuffed cheesy garlic bread on baking tray andbake it for 20 min till it turns into golden colour.
Remove from oven and serve hot…

Keep atleast for 2 hours for proofing,in this way it is more fluffy.
Check the yeast gets activated or not, if not discard it.
Add  lukewarm milk for fermentation of yeast.
If you are using instant yeast just add it to the flour,it is already activated.
If you ar emaking for kids you can skip the red chili flakes.
