Schewzan Sauce recipe in hindi I schewzan chutney recipe at home I chinese sauce I roshniscuisine
This one I have prepared for my kitty party as Chinese theme there and I have to prepare chinese chopsuey and schewzan fried rice…and in these two recipe schewzan sauce is must. I prepared in large quantity but still it is over so I thought to doo recording when I prepare for next batch.So lets get started for this easy,chatpata,spicy,tangy sauce.It can stay fresh for longer dayz if kept in fridge.

Preparation Tim1 15 min
Cooking Time 12 to 15 min
1 cup whole red chili(around 20 to 22 red chili)
Soaked in hot water for 30 to 40 min
1/4 cup chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sesame oil
Heat the sesame oil,when it is properly hot add chopped garlic .
Saute till the garlic turns into light golden colour not roasted.
Next goes in the chopped ginger,and sauté this also for some time.
Now grind the whole red chili with the same water soaked and make into a fine paste.
Add this to the ginge-garlic mixture and add some water.
Let it cook for some time in low flame with lid covered.
It starts releasing oil .
Here add tomato sauce,vinegar,soay sauce,black pepper powder,salt and sugar.
Mix these well and let it cook for some time.
Let it cool down and store this in an air tight container in fridge.
You can add chopped onion,chopped celery also.
Sesame oil gives more flavour to Chinese dish…if you don’t have you can use normal cooking oil also.
If you like less spicy afte rosaking the red chili remove the seeds and grind it.
