This is a so easy recipe yet yummy too,it can come to a no cooking category and it is prepared in a jiffy.A few dayz back I have uploaded a raw mango recipe Amba Khatta…i.e my husband favourite recipe and this one mine,so when raw mangoes are in home,I prepared both…so lets get started

Preparation Time 5 min
Grinding Time 1 min
Serving Persons 4 to 6
1 medium size mango
(peeled and cut into cube size)
1 green chili chopped
1/2 inch ginger chopped
a pinch of salt
5 to 6 tbsp sugar
2 to 3 tbsp water
Now take all the above ingredients in a mixer jar .
Grind to a smooth paste,take little amount of water first.
If you require more,you can add later.
Store ina na air tight container in the freeze.
You can add the sugar quantity according to the sour taste of raw mango.
If it is more sour,you increase the sugar and viceversa.
You can keep this atleast for 1 week in the freeze.
If you want more thick consistency,you can reduce the amount of water.
While grinding,add little water a t first.
If you want more water,you can add later,otherwise the mango can not be grinded to a puree form.
