Its so soothing in this hot summer…well goes with rice…I learnt this from my sweet mom…when she prepared this all just love it…it finished in a jiffy n again she prepared happily
Preparation Time 1 min
Cooking Time 2 min
Serving Persons 4
3 cup water
2 to 3 aambula or dry mango
a pinch of asafetida
2 green chili slitted
few curry leaves
salt to taste
Add all ingredients to water n boil it.
Its ready yah believed me its ready…
Serve hot with steamed rice n daal…
If u don’t like asafetida u can use crush ginger.
If u feel rasam is less sour then crush the boiled ambulance with hand n mix it.
