Achari Paneer Nugget without frying I Kumar Purnami Special I Party Starter I roshniscuisine

This Sunday I prepare this one and all love this,so thought ot share iwht you all try something new and easy recipe.It is perfect party starter and super healthy too as it is withut frying still crunchy like nuggets…And I have added pickle masala to give a tangy flavour,it is chatpata like street style.I have provided the link of both recipe of Paneer and Pickle…’it is so easy to prepare these two recipes in home…do try.Its fresh and without preservative.

Today is Kumar Purnami,a festival day in Odisha…worship of Moon and all play cards,family get together time,so on this special day you can prepare this and make happy your sweet family and friends.

Preparation Time 10 min
Marination Time 15 to 20 min
Serving Persons 3 to 4

Ingredients Required

6 to 8 thick Paneer slices

(cut into rectangle shape)

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

2 tsp kasuri methi

1 tbsp achar masala(Pickle gravy)

1 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup maida

water to make batter

Blak Salt totaste

oil to shallow fry


Now add black salt,turmeric powder,pickle masala to paneer for marination.
Rub Kasuri methi and add to paneer,mix all well and keep for marination for 15 to 20 min.
Mix all carefully otherwise there is chance of paneer breakage as it is soft.
Now add slat and little water to maida and make a thick batter.
Now take a marinated paneer,drop into maida batter so that it properly coat from all sides and place on the bread crumb.
In this way repeat for rest paneer slices.
Now coat the paneer slices with bread crumb from all sides and keep on a plate.
Set all the paneer nuggets in fridge for some time so that the bread crumb is well sticked to paneer.
Next heat the tava and spread oil all over this.
Place the paneer nuggets one by one and shallow fry them.
When it turns crispy and golden colour from one side turn them and let them cook from other side.
Serve hot and enjoy your day….

Homemade Paneer is always fresh and soft…when is e paneer in home it is in circle shape,then ‘I cut into rectangle form for this recipe.
Cut the paneer little thick so that it is crunchy outside and soft inside.
Rub the kasuri methi before adding for marination to enhance the flavour.
You can add red chili powder to maida batter also,but as I used spicy pickle so I skipped this.
If you are making for a party,you can keep the paneer nuggets in fridge and just shallow fry them before guest s arrive.
Paneer took less time to cook,so no need to fry the paneer nuggets,shallow frying is sufficient and healthy option.
You can use cornflour chura also in place of bread crumb.
The bread crumb ‘I have used here is homemade one,just cut the edges of bread and grind to a coarse powder and dry roast it…its done.By dry roasting the bread crumb,it dries up the etr amoisture and kept fresh for longer period of time.
