Generally we are making paratha with wheat flour or maida…but this one lil different made of rice flour

Serving Persons 2
1 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp jeera
1 tsp seasme seeds
1 green chili chopped
1 tsp chopped ginger
5-7 curry leaves chopped
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 med onion chopped
1 tbsp chana daal
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup+ 1 tsp water
Aluminium foil for rolling dough
Oil to make roti
Take aluminium foil n spread lil oil by hand.
Take a dumpling n press on the foil to make a roti shape.
Heat tawa n put the roti as shown in pic n remove the foil.
Now pour lil oil on roti n bake from one side.
Flip it n repeat the same process.
When its done put one tsp of butter n serve with pickle or sauce.
