When cumin seeds start splutter add ginger garlic paste n green c hili.
Saute for few seconds and add all spice powder(half of garam masala only)
Let it cook for some time, then add all veggies to this.
Mix it well…add salt n rest of garma masala to retian the flavour.
Finally ad sesame seeds to give a crunchy bite.
Serve hot with garma garam roti…
Notes
You can deep fry the veggie too…but for healthy version I shallow fry and in any way capsicum does not take more time to cook and potatoes also boiled…
I separated the onion layers so that it is quick to fry and more tasty.
I have not used red chili powder here as capsicum is little spicy.
Ad the spices before adding veggies so that the veggies are well coated with masala.
