This one my mom’s simple dish…
2 medium potato cut into thick slices
1 mdium onion
1 green chili
1 inch ginger
1 big garlic clove
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
salt to taste
OIL for shallow fry
Para boil the thick slices potatoes with little salt.
Mix all ingredients except potato n oil,make a smooth paste.
Then mix this paste to potato slices.
Spread oil over tawa n keep all slices one by one.
Shallow fry from both sides until it turns golden color.
Serve hot with rice n dal…
