
Aloo Masala
This one well goes with chapati, roti or poori
Ingredients
2 medium potatoes boiled
1 medium onion
2 medium tomatoes
2 green chili
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
8-10 curry leaves
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1//4 tsp cumin seeds
1 red chili whole
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure
Peel the boiled potato n cut into big cubes.
Now heat oil,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds n red chili whole.
When mustard seeds start crackle add curry leaves,green chili n ginger-garlic paste.
Saute for 1 min,add chopped onion with pinch of salt.
Stir it till it turns golden color,now add chopped tomatoes with all spices,mix well.
Now saute tomatoes till it mixed properly with onion mixture.
Add boiled potato cubes with little water,mix it .
In high flame saute for 2 min.Cover the lid for 5 min.
Add chopped coriander leaves finally.
Serve hot with chapati…
