
Aloo Naan(oven style)
When we were in India…almost all my close relatives tasted it n it always a hit…u can surprise your guests also by trying something different

Ingredients
For Dough
2 cups maida
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup lukewarm milk
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oil
Water to make dough
Salt to taste
For Stuffing
2 med boiled potatoes
1 med onion chopped
2 green chili chopped
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp amchoor powder
Salt to taste
Dry flour(maida) for rolling dumplings
Oil, butter,chopped coriander n sesame seeds coat on naan
Procedure
Add milk,oil,sugar n salt to yeast n leave for 10 min so that it activated n double in size.
Add maida to this with water n make a soft dough.
Cover it n keep in warm place preferably in microwave or oven at least for 1 hr.
It will double in volume, again knead the dough.
Mix all masala spices with mashed potatoes. Stuffing is ready.
Take a dumpling,tap with dry flour n roll it 2 inch,fill stuffing of aloo masala inside it.
Now close it from all sides by pulling the dumpling n roll it or u can tap it bu using two hands.
Preheat oven for 10 min .
Coat oil on one side of naan n bake for 5 min.
When it turns golden color flip it n coat with oil,sesame seeds n chopped coriander n bake it.
When it turns golden color ,remove from oven n coat with butter.
Serve hot with curd n pickle.
Note:If u don’t have oven u can make it on tava also…like normal naan we preparing
As one day I was baking this in India n suddenly power cut n on that day it continuously on n off, I tried this on tava…it almost tastes same
