
Aloo Wada
Have leftover wada batter n aloo masala of aloo paratha…so mix these two n prepared Aloo Wada…

Ingredients
For Batter
1 cup wada batter
1 tbsp soaked China daal
2 green chili chopped
8 to 10 curry leaves chopped
1/4 cup rawa
Pinch of hing
Salt to taste
For Stuffing
Aloo Masala
1 tbsp frozen green peas
1 tbsp sweet corn
Oil to deep fry
For Garnishing
Carrot n Capsicum stripes
Procedure
Mix the batter ingredients n whisk it with hand to make it light n fluffy.
Mix green peas n corn to aloof Masala.
Now heat oil for frying.
Wet ur palm n put a spoon of batter on it n spread it as shown in pic.
Now keep stuffing at the center n cover it with batter from all sides.
Now deep fry these stuffed wadas in med flame till golden brown…
Garnish with carrot n capsicum strips…
Serve with sauce or chutney
