
Amba Khatta(Raw Mango Chutney)
This dish is previously prepared by my hubby but now a days it transferred to me…
Ingredients
1 medium size raw mango
1 tsp oil
1 red chili whole
1/2 tsp pancha-phoran
8 curry leaves
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp oil
sugar to taste
salt to taste
Procedure
Peel the raw mango n cut into big cubes.
Now heat oil, add pancha-phoran n whole red chili.
When mustard seeds in pancha-phoran start crackle,add curry leaves n raw mango cubes.
Add red chili powder n turmeric powder,mix well.Add little water n cover the lid for 5 min.
Remove the lid,mash the paraboiled mango cubes ,now add sugar according to your sweetness.
Finally add salt.Its ready to serve.
You can store it upto 2-3 days.
