
Angoori Rabdi
Ingredients
3 ltr milk
1 can condensed cream
100 gm milk powder
2 tsp refined flour
Vinegar or lemon juice to curdle milk
Pinch of saffron
7 almonds grated
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
3 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
Procedure
Boil 1.5 ltr of milk n curdle it adding vinegar or lime juice.
Strain the curdled water using a muslin cloth.
Cover chenna n place a heavy bowl on it for 1min so that excess water removed.
Now mix refined flour to this chenna n knead for 5 to 7 min n make it smooth.
Make tiny balls like angoor.
Boil water adding sugar n add these balls to this n boil for 10 min in high flame. It will double in size.
Now make it cool down.
Boil rest milk till it becomes semi thick. It take 1 hr atleast.
Add condensed cream n milk powder.
Now add crushed saffron to milk to give it a golden look.
Now squeeze the balls to remove extra water n add to the milk. Add cardamom powder.
Boil for 20 min n garnish withgrated almonds.
Serve chilled
