Thnx poonam…for this yummy chatpata arvi recipe…I was wondering abt smthng new to make from arvi…that time my friend told abt this recipe…immidiately tried on the next day…it comes out so yummy…
3-4 medium n long arvi
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp amchoor powder
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Chaat masala for garnishing
Peel the skin of arvi n paraboil with salted water. Cut into two halves.
Heat oil n deep fry till it turns golden color.
Now slit it as shown in pic nfill the spices n press it by hand.
Heat oil n shallow fry till it become lil crunchy n sprinkle chaat masala…serve hot
