Last year when we are coming to odissa my jethani brought lunch for us and in the menu this item in included i liked this so much…so i thought to share with my friends
Ingredeints
1 big brinjal cut into long slices
black salt
black pepper powder
oil for deep frying

Now Procedure
Heat oil,deep fry the brinjal slices till golden brown colour.
Put on a tissue paper so that extra oil absorbed.
Now sprinkle blacksalt and blackpepper powder.
Serve hot with rice.
