
Bajra Aloo Paratha
Ingredients
For Dough
1 cup bajra
1 cup wheat flour
4 medium boiled patatoes
2 medium onion chopped
2 green chili chopped
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp ajwain
Salt to taste
Luke warm water to make dough
Ghee n butter to make paratha
For Sabji
2 med onion cut into cubes
3 med tomato cut into cubes
2 green chili slitted
6-8 curry leaves
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp moong daal
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
For Garnishing
Tomato slices n spring onion
Procedure
For Rotla
Peel boiled potatoes n mash it.
Now add this to bajra n wheat flour with all spices. Mix it properly.
Slowly add luke warm water n make a soft dough. Rest for 15 min.
Now make balls out of this n dust with dry flour.
Flatten it with the help of hand by patting from both sides.
Now heat tawa n in med flame roast ftom both sides.
First apply ghee both sides n bake it.
For Sabji
Heat oil n add tadka spices.
When mustard seeds start splutter add all veggies wirh salt n turmeric powder n daute for 4 to 6 min.
Its lil bit crunchy in texture n finally add coriander leaves.
Now serve bajra-aloo ni rotla top with butter n this simple sabji.
