Grind to a thick smooth paste by adding little water.
Stir it for sometime so that the batter is light.
Now add all the res t ingredients of bara except oil and mix it well.
Meanwhile heat oil for deep frying.
Take a spoonful of batter and carefully pour into hot pil.
After some time due to addition of soda it starts to swollen dn forms a shape.
Turn in between so that all baras are evenly fried.
When all baras turns into light golden colour, remove to an absorbent paper so that excess oil is drained out.
For Tomato chutney take all ingredients and make a smooth paste…its ready. So quick.
Take tomato chutney in the serving bowl and dip the chaula baras on it and enjoy your evening.

Notes

I don’t have usuna rice so I used Idli rice…it has also same texture,I feel so relaxed and happy.
For this chatpata tamarind water is served with bara…my nanima told we prepare both tamarind water and tomato chutney.
And as we prepare tomato chutney for fried items…so I prefer this.
By adding soda the baras are fluffy.
