2 raw banana
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 bowl water
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Peel banana n cut into thin slices n soak in water to avoid it turning black.
Now strain water n add turmeric powder.
In a bowl take water n add salt.
Heat oil n deep fry these banana slices in medium flame.
Now sprinkle tge salty water carefully on the hot oil…in this way salt added to banana slices.
Fry it till crisp…serve these crunchy banana chips
