Beetroot Cheese Gulabjamun
It looks like gulabjamun…but in savoury form….prepared with beetroot puree stuffed with cheese

For Outer Cover
1 medium beetroot
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp riceflour
1 cup bread crumb
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp water
For Stuffing part
1 cup cheese
1 tbsp cumin n red chilli flakes
10 mint leaves
1 chopped green chili
Oil to deepfry
Mint leaves for garnishing
Cut beetroot into cubes n grind it.
If it is coarse paste add water n make smooth puree.
Now add all rest ingredients n make the beetroot dough.
Now for stuffing grate cheese n mix all ingredients to it.
Take 1 tbsp beetroot paste n flatten it on palm.
Place one ball of cheese mixture at center n cover from all sides.
Now heat oil n fry these in low medium flame…
Cut these fried cheese balls into halves n place a mint leaf at center…n serve
