
Beetroot Pulao
Ingredients
2 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup boiled potato
1/4 cup parboiled gobi
1 tbsp boiled green peas
1/3 cup grated beetroot
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 green chili chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp cashew nut
1 tbsp mustard sauce
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Heat oil,roast cashewnuts n add green chili n onion. Saute for 2 min.
Now add beetroot n stir for 3 min till it little dry…now add all veggies n mix well.
Now add rice with all spices n mix well n cover lid for 2 min.
Finally add mustard sauce n mix it.
Serve hot with raita…
