This is my first dish in the blog i am so happy sucessfully published
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup small cube boiled beetroot
1 small chopped onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp udad dal
10-12 curry leaves
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped/slited green chilly
1 tbsp oil
salt accoding to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
1.Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds and udad dal.
2.When udad dal turns golden colour add curry leaves,chopped garlic,ginger and green chilly.
3.Then add chopped onion and stir till onion becomes golden colour.
4.Then add beetroot cubes and lemon juice and salt and stir for 3-4 min.
5.Now add the rice and mix it properly,cover lid for 2min.
6.Now add coriander leaves on the top.
7.Ur beetroot rice is ready to serve.
