So friends this is a something different party starter that to healthy way…actually friends my husband has bachelor party and in his part the pakoda section is there. But somany pakodas done so these chili left…he brought some here. So thought to try something stuffed one with these chili and here is the recipe. My daughter Sarthika who is not fond of chili she also liked it so much.So lets get started

Ingredients

5 to 6 big green chili

1 medium potato boiled

1/2 cup paneer crumbled

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/4 tsp kashmiri red chili powder

1/4 tsp dry mango powder

1/4 tsp chaat masala

1/2 tsp ginger paste

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Black Salt to taste

Oil to shallow fry the stuffed chili

Procedure

Peel the boiled potatoes n mash it properly.
Now add all the rest ingredients to potato n paneer except oil n green chili.
Mix these well and the mixture is ready.
Slit the chili in the middle…vertical cut and carefully discard the seeds.
Then stuff generous amount of mixture  n fill the rest chili in this way.
Heat the tava n heat oil for shallowfrying.
Place the stuffed chili in high flame n after osme time reduce the flame to low to medium.
Cover it and let it cook for some time till the chili is little soft n cooked.
If you wish you can cook from other side too till the stuffing part is little crispy.
Serve hot n enjoy…

Notes

You can add some veggie likes carrot, cabbage, capsicum etc.
You can sauté some onion n add this too.
This one I prepare without onion garlic, so you can prepare this during functions also.
You can add tamarind paste also to reduce the spice level, I add lemon jucie, dry mango powder to this.
