8-10 medium size bhindis

2 tsp oil

1/2 tsp udad dal

2 green chili slitted

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

salt to taste

onion slice for garnishing


Cut from both ends of bhindi n cut into 2 inch long size.

Now heat oil in a pan,add udad dal n green chili.

When udad dal turns golden add bhindis n in high flame saute for 2 min.

Now add turmeric powder n salt ,mix properly n cover it for 3 min making flame low.

Now remove cover n again stir it for 1 min in high flame.

Garnish with sliced onion…
