No no i dont have any sizzler plate but i can give u gurantee that this one have sizzler taste
such a yummy dish and most imp thing no frying
1 tbsp sambar powder
1 medium onion slices
1 medium tomato big cubes
1 green chilly
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Wash the bhendis and dry it properly otherwise when u make it will be sticky .
Then slit in middle connected with lid and fill it with sambar powder 1/4 tsp for each bhendi. Add 2-3 drops oil and mix it.
Now take a microwave bowl and put this bharwan bhendi and cover it.
Microwave it in high temp for 5 min. In between take out and stir 1-2 time and keep again.
Now in a kaddi put oil when it is hot add cumin seeds.
When it start splutter add sugar and caramelize it.
Now add sliced onion and siir in high flame so that onion becomes dark brown color.
Add bhendi to this and stir for 2-3 min.
Now add cubed tomatoes and saute thats it .
Serve hot with roti or rice and have your sizzler in home.[contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"]
