Hi frndz…today we prepare a simple yet super delicious bhindi recipe…once I was invited for a lunch party…there I tasted one of my bengoli friend Mitashree bhindi recipe…it is super yummy.Thanku so much my friend.
So I remembered what the tips she has used for this recipe and those tips I have used in my bhindi recipe…n believe me friends it is superb delicious.So without wasting more time lets start…

Now coming to recipe details
Preparation Time – 10 min
Cooking Time – 17 to 20 min
Serving Persons -4
250 gm bhindsi or ladies finger
1 big onion chopped
2 green chilis slitted
2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp moong dal
1 big cardamom
1 small cardamom
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp sugar
a pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
Before cutting the bhindis always wash these properly.
Now pat then dry under a thick cloth.
After this, lets cut the bhindis.
First trim from the ends and then cut slantwise into thick slices.
Then take half of mustard oil and heat it.
When it is properly hot,throw in the cut bhindis to this.
In high flame sauté this for 3 to 5 min…
In this way it is little roasted and stickiness also reduced.
Now remove the roasted bhindis to a bowl.
Then heat the rest oil,add temering ingredients,asafetida n garlic paste to this.
Saute this for some time.
Now throw in the green chili n chopped onion with little salt.
So that onions are get cooked faster.
Add in sugar also so that the onions get little caramelized.
After the onions turn into little golden colour,add the roasted bhindis to this.
Mix this well,now add the curd to this.
So that the bhindis cooked eaily and remain moist.
Saute this for few minutes.
Now its done…just try this.
It is so easy to prepare…with minimal ingredients
Always pat dry the bhindi so that while cooking it is less sticky.
Use little curd to get rid of stickiness and to make the bhindis moist.
Use mustard oil for this recipe…mustard and bhindi heavenly combo…
If you don’t have mustard oil,then use any regular cooking oil.
