Few dayz back our relatives visit from Singapore…as some grocery problem here in Jakarta so they brough some grocery and snacks for us and in this one big packet of boondi masala there.One day I just wanna to make some quick n easy sabji…so this boondi masala strikes to my mind.We love boondi masala with bread toast…so lets get started

Serving Persons 4
100 gms of boondi(I have taken masala boondi)
2 small onion chopped
2 medium tomatoes chopped
2 green chili slitted
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp garama masala
¼ tsp cumin seeds
10 to 12 curry leaves
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
Heat oil,add cumin seeds,curry leaves.
When it starts splutter add green chili,with ginger-garlic paste.
Next goes in the chopped onion .
Add a pinch of salt so that onion is cooked fater.
Saute this for some time os that onion gets light golden colour.
Next goes in the chopped tomatoes and mix this well.
Let it cook till the tomatoes mushy in texture.
Now add garma masala to this.
I add the bondi just before serving as we want little crispy boondi in this sabji.
So add the boondi and mix it.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves and its done.
If you are using plain boondi,add coriander powder,red chili powder and little dry mango powder.
We want little crispy boondi so I add boondi just before serving.
But if you want t is soft you can add before or soak in water before adding.
