Bread Pinwheels is a easy yummy starter for party….kids as well as adults love to hv this crunchy com softy snacks…

3 Bread slices
1/4 cup boiled potato
1/4 cup paneer
1/4 cup chopped carrot capsicum
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp red n green chilli chopped
1 tbsp grated cooking cheeze
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp mixed herb
Salt to taste
1 bowl water
Butter to apply on pinwheels
Aluminium Foil n oil to grease
Mash boiled potato n crumble paneer.
Now add all veggies with all spices n cheeze.Mix well.
Cut the border of bread slices n roll it thinner with rolling pin.
Now attach all the bread slices by applying some water on the edges.
Put the mixture as shown in pic n roll it tightly n slowly so that it won’t break.
Wrap it in aluminium foil tightly n keep in freeze for 45 min.
Now put aluminium foil o Baking tray n grease it.
Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 min.
Meanwhile keep out the bread roll from freeze n remove the foil from it.
Carefully cut into 1 inch thick slice…it looks like pinwheel.
Apply butter on these Pinwheels.
Place on baking tray n bake it from both sides for 20 min.
