hi friends when we make sandwich we cut all the four sides of bread
but dont throw these u can make bread crumbs from this which can be used for cutlets
and the other u can make this bread poha
Actually this idea is given by my husband why not u try bread poha by these bread sides insted of whole bread and believe me it has yummy taste…thnx to my dear hubby
For bachelors its a easy breakfast item or can make for snacks after coming from office
1 cup bread slices cut into small pieces
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
1 green chilli
5-6 curry leaves
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Heat oil , add mustard seeds when it start crackle add green chilli n curry leaves.
Now add chopped onion n pinch of salt so that onion becomes transluscent quickly.
Now add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder and stir for 2 min so that tomatoes mixed well with onion.
Then add bread sides and sprinkle little water . Add salt.
Stir properly for 2 min. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
