Bread Roll we have tasted first time in my frined Sangita Das home…she has invited our full yoga group and some of her friends for her daughter bday party…as more members we went for helping hand…that time she gave aloo masala and bread and show us this bread roll making process…it is so tasty. From that day it is one of favourite item of my Husband. So this recipe is dedicated to my sweet friend Sangita…and as I told if you have boiled potatoes you can prepare number of recipes…and this is one more.Here I will show one more tip also for deep frying recipes…after frying when you keep the slotted spatula…it has more oil…so for every batch oil is get wasted due to this.So for that you just keep the spatula in a steel bowl…in this way the oil is get stored and can be added while frying.And no more wastage of tissue paper also…this useful tip I got to know from my friend supriya,so thanks to her also for this. So lets get started this yummy recipe

Preparation Time 15 min
Cooking Time 20 min
Serving Persons 4 to 6
Ingredients
Bread slices
Aloo Masala
Water to damp the potato
OIL to deep fry the bread rolls
Procedure
Take 2 tbsp masala and make a oval dumpling,and int his way make all dumplings.
Trim the sides of bread.
Place one bread slice on a plate.
Now splash some water on bread slice and press with fingers so that it is little thin and pressed.
Now place one potato masala dumpling at the center and take all the rest sides and coat it properly on the potato stuffing so that it is well sealed.
If you feel anywhere the bread is little dry,apply little more water to make it damp and fix it.
In this way make all bread rolls.
Meanwhile heat oil for deep frying.
Carefuly put the bread rolls inside hot oil.
Deep fry the bread rolls in low flame till it turns crispy and olden in colour.
In time interval turn it from all sides to get even colour.
Serve hot with green chutney…
Notes
Trim the bread sides to get smooth structure while sealing the stuffing .
Deep fry in low flame to get it more crispy.
Turn it from all sides to get even colour.
You can stuff cheese,mix veg etc instead of potato mixture.
You can simply mix the spice masala in potato mixture and make the stuffing without cooking onion.
Sprinkle water little by little on bread slice to kae it damp otherwise if you put more water it will get torn…
