i made naan dough n after making naan i made buns from leftover dough And it comes really good…


2 cups all purpose flour(maida)

1/2 cup curd

1 tsp dry yeast

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp lukewarm water

salt to taste

water to make dough

oil for coating on buns


Take maida,curd n oil.

Now in a bowl take sugar,dry yeast n lukewarm water,mix properly.Keep for 10 min for fermentation.It will double in size.

Then add this mixture to maida mixture n knead the dough.It should be soft.

Cover this witha wet muslin cloth for 15 min.

The dough again double in size,again knead it.

Then make balls n again cover it with wet cloth for 10 min.It will double in size ,knead it little bit n repeat the process again.

Now preheat oven for 5 min,coat the baking tray with oil.

Now keep all balls on the tray n coat with oil,bake for 10 min in medium heat.

When turns golden , remove it from the tray n coat with little oil.

Have this with any gravy item or as evening snacks with masala tea…
