This one u can present as a starter dish….
1 medium capsicum
2 boiled potatoes
1 medium onion chopped
2 green chili chopped
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
2 tsp corn-flour
water to make batter
1 cup bread crumb
oil for shallow frying
Heat oil in a pan ,add cumin seeds.Mash the boiled potatoes.
When it start crackle add chopped onion n green chili with pinch of salt.
When onion turns golden add ginger-garlic paste n saute for 1 min.
Now add all spices n mashed potatoes,mix it properly.
Now make a medium thick batter adding water to corn-flour.
Cut Capsicum slices horizontally n stuff aloo masala in each slice.
Now put the slice in corn-flour batter or spread little batter over the slice.
Now coat the bread crumb over this.
Now take a tawa, spread oil over it.
Put the stuffed slices from side of bread crumb.
Cover the lid for 3 min.When it turns golden,turn all the slices upside down.
Again coat corn-flour batter n bread crumb on the other side of slices.Spread little more oil again.
Coer the lid for 3 min.Serve hot as stater….
