
chakli(dantikili)
After a long days again i hv started
sorry sorry my lovely friends so long wait
This one a favourite snax item for all specially chotte chotte bachhe
so surprise revealed its nothing but CHAKLI in Orissa its called a s dantikili
i afraid to make this on weekend coz if i make one full dabba while making only it becomes half coz my family memebers crazy about chakli
Now come to ingredients
1 cup besan
2 cups rice flour
2 tsp black salt
1/2tsp jeera powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1/2tsp carom seeds
2 tsp seasme seeds
1/2tsp baking soda
salt to taste
1+1tbsp water
oil for deep frying
Procedure
Mix all dry ingredeints
Then add water and make a smooth dough as shown in pic.
Rest for 15 min
Fill the dough in chakli maker machine.
Now put a cloth and on this cloth make chaklis.
Heat oil,take chakli one by one with a holder and deep fry it till golden brown.
Ur chakli is ready to eat.
