Hello Friendz…some easy and quick starter recipe for u all

U know the day I was making this,my daughter has stomach ache…she is not liking to have anything…but when she saw this and tasted one baby potato…told mumma I want more

I am so happy and relieved because on that day this is the only dish she liked so much…inspite of stomach ache…so surely this dish has some magic in taste…so frndz u try it and I assure you it is guranteed hit

Preparation Time – 15 min
Cooking Time       -15 min
Serving Persons     – 4

Ingredients

250 gm Baby Potatoes
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp udad daal
1/4 tsp asafoetida
2 tsp sambaar powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste….

Procedure

Boil all the baby potatoes and add little salt to this.
Now make these cool down and peel the outer skin.
Take a bowl,add sambaar powder and red chili powder with 2 tbsp oil.
Mix it properly and add the boiled baby potatoes to this.
I have added little water so that the masala is properly get coated with the baby potatoes.

Now heat a pan,add rest oil.
When oil is properly hot,add all tadka ingredients to this.
When mustard seeds start crackle,add chopped garlic to this and saute for few min.
When garlic turns to little golden colour,add the coated baby potatoes.

Add the sesame seeds for crunch,saute the baby potatoes for few minutes in low flame.
In this way the baby potatoes are little roasted from outerside.
Add little water,if you feel the mixture is little dry,stir it.
Add the amchoor powder to this(I forgot to add,so here I have added).
Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix it properly.
Its done,Serve hot…

Notes

You can prepare this without garlic also for a festival or brat purpose.
You can replace baby potato with our normal potato,just cut into big chunks and follow the same procedure.
You can also add any other spices instead of sambaar powder.
You can add lemon juice instead of amchoor powder.
