This one I have tasted in an restaurant and we all just love this…it is a combo of crispy, juicy , tangy all chatpata flavours together in each n every bite. So thought to prepare this in home and enjoy this. So lets get started…
I have shown how to make fried noodles and schewzan sauce…both the links I will share here
Preparation Time 10 min
Cooking Time 3 to 4 min
Serving Persons 4
2 cups fried noodles
1 medium onion sliced
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 cup sliced capsicum(I have used green, red and yellow one)
¼ cup carrots cut into juliennes
½ cup shredded cabbage
¼ cup schewzan sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp spring onion
Heat oil,add sliced onion.
Saute for 30 seconds,next add in all the veggies and sauté for 2 min.
It should be crunchy and little cooked.
Now add the schewzan sauce and tomato sauce to this,mix it well.
In a bowl,take the fried noodles.add the veggie masala.
Mix it properly…garnish with chopped ocriande rleaves and spring onion.
Just before serving add the Chinese veggie masala to the fried noodles,otherwise it gets soggy.
You can make the fried noodles before and store it in air tight container..when needed can be used.
If you don’t have schewzan sauce,you can use all Chinese sauces and little vinegar with chopeed ginger,garlic ,green chili.
I f you are making for kids add little schewzan sauce with tomato sauce to reduce the chili flavour.
