Ingredients
5-6 slices of pumpkin
5-6 slices of raw papaya
5-6 slices of potato
5-6 slices of carrot
1/4 cup beans
5-6 drumsticks cut into 5 inches
2 green chillis slited
3 tsp rice flour
1/2 tsp haldi
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp jeera powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp dhania powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp seasme seeds
chopped coriander leaves
3 tsp oil
Procedure
Para-boil all veggies except green chillis n coriander leaves.
Then add all spices n rice flour . If possible sprinkle little water to mix this properly with veggies.
Heat tawa n spread oil over this .Now put one one veggie n shallow fry this till golden color.
Flip it n do for this till both sides turn to golden color.
Serve hot with rice n dal.
