Chunda Pickle is nothing but Grated Raw Mango Pickle,you are surprised how I upload raw mango recipe in this time as no mango season now. As we stay in Jakarta,here mangoes are available all most whole year,just 2-3 months its not available.One suth Indian veggie Guy is ther he brings raw mangoes like Indian Mangoes,so this time decided to prepare this sweet pickle n spicy one too.My friend Ronak also brought this pickle with thepla and aloo sabji,it tastes awesome. So lets get started…With this I am sharing two other pickles made of raw mango…links are provided below.

Preparation Time 10 min
Cooking Time 10 to 12 min
2 large raw mangoes peeled and grated
1 cup sugar
½ cup jiggery
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp of black salt
½ tsp of salt
Heat the pan,cook the raw mangoes.
Now add sugar n jiggery to this,after sometime it starts melting.
Add black salt ,salt,turmeric powder to this and mix well.
After osme time the mangoes are transluscent…finally add kashmiri red chili powder n cumin powder.
Mix it well…its done.
Make it cool down n store in an air tight container.
As it is instant one,so after making keep the pickle in the fridge.
You can keep some portion outside for regular use.
I have added jiggery as it is more healthy and it has different sweetness than sugar,so make it more tasty.
I have added the kashmiri red chili powder for colour and it has less spicyness.
If you want to make for kids,just avoid red chili powder.
