Club Rice/Noodles Fried Rice/veg triple schezuan rice/Indo Chinese Recipe by roshniscuisine
Why the name is this…I don’t have any idea as we have tasted this first time in a nearby hotel in our staying in Hyderabad…while going through the menu saw this item…sounds something new
And with excitement order this…to know what it is actually
When we tasted this it is just awesome…I observed they just mixed up rice and noodles together and added sauces,made in chinese way how we prepare hakka noodles…something new and intresting
My daughter just loves this,so wanna to prepare in home…initially we just mixed rice and noodles with sauces and cook it…but the tastes little different from the hotel one
One day I did hakka noodles,made large quantity.But the Chinese items taste awesome when it is served hot…as I made in large quantity some left.So I thought to heat some oil and sauté this in high flame again…and it is more tastier as some rice and noodles are little roasted also…
So the same method I applied while making this club rice…in this way we can prepare large quantity for a party also…And whenever guests come we can just take some portion and follow the process.
Some beautiful memories attached to this dish…when I have taken this for my son school party…one of my Indian friend Gagan tasted this…she told as a vegetarian some limited dishes only she can taste…she just wanted me to upload the recipe as soon as possible…I thought to say the recipe in detail…then I do video recording if she wanna prepare
But to my sweet surprise she told she wants the video…so that she an easily understand the recipe in detail…so this recipe is dedicated to you dear
The wok I have used in this recipe is in large size…one of my friend Rajani ji gave this to me telling that you are preparing so many dishes…whenever any part is there you can utilise it and I did also…mainly in Chinese recipes…Thanku Rajani ji for this it is really helpful
For kitty party,get together wherever I prepare this…it is always a hit dish…few dayz back only I prepared this for some guests…my friend Shalu ji mom does not have rice…so with little doubt I was preparing this…but to my surprise she like it so much

2 cups leftover rice
2 packets noodles
1 cup cabbage cut into 1 inch lengthwise
1 cup sliced onion
¼ cup carrot cut into 1 inch lengthwise
¼ cup French beans cut into 1 inch diagonally
½ cup green capsicum cut into 1 inch lengthwise
¼ cup red capsicum cut into 1 inch lengthwise
2 green chili chopped
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp blackpepper
½ tsp china salt
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp sour soya sauce
2 tsp soya sauce
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Break the noodles into small pieces…meanwhile boil water in a vessel.
When water start boiling,add oil and salt to this.
Now add the noodles,cook this for maxium 2 to 3 minutes…so that it is half cooked and retain its shape.
After it is done,strain the water .
Add some normal or cold water to this with little more oil,soak the cooked noodles in water so that it retain its shape and don’t stick to each other also.
Meanwhile,take the wok.
Heat 3 tbsp oil,add chopped ginger,garlic and green chili.SAute this for 1 min.
Now add in cabbage and sauté this for 2 min in high flame.
Add in onion with some salt so that onion is cooked little faster.
Now add French beans and carrot,same process of sautéing.
After this add in green and red capsicum,sauté this for 1 min.
Now add in all sauces with black pepper,china salt,mix well.
Now strain the water from noodles.
Add the leftover rice and noodles to the mixture.
Mix this properly,cook for 3 to 4 min.
Swith off flame and remove to a plate.
Now before serving,I heat the same wok with some oil.
Take some portion of this club rice and sauté this in high flame for some time.
Mean interval you can make the flame low,to get the noodles and rice little roasted.
Enjoy this yummy club rice…
You can use yellow capsicum,purple cabbage,spring onion also..in veggies
You can skip china salt and sour soya sauce also.
Remember to repeat the saute process again so that it is little roasted and more tasty.
Use a wide kadai or wok as Chinese dishes made in high flame…so if the cooking pot is wider it is more easy to prepare and veggies are cooked quickly and remain crunchy also.
Cook the noodles for 2 to 3 minutes …so that it is half cooked and retain its shape.
Otherwise it is soft and mushy in texture…as it is again cooked while mixed with all sauces and rice.
Leftover rice is more preferable…as it retain its shape comparing to fresh and hot rice.
If you prepare fresh rice,then remember one thing add some oil to this and make it cool down.
Cut the French beans diagonally so that it is properly cooked.
You can use schezuan sauce also…
