1 cup grated coconut
1 tbsp chutney chandal
2 cashewnuts
10-12 peanuts
1/2 inch ginger piece
1 big garlic clove
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 green chili
2 string of coriander leaves
little water
salt to taste
for Tadka
1 tsp oil
1 whole red chili
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/8 tsp udad dal
5-8 curry leaves
a pinch of hing
Procedure
Grind the coconut adding all with little water,Make a smooth paste.
Heat oil,add all tadka spices.
When mustard seeds start crackle,add this to coconut chutney n mix well.
