Colourful Poha Idly

Full demand to get the receipe ,so here i present you the receipe
Believe me its more soft and fluffy comparing to normal idly and more nutritious also
1/4 cup poha
1/4 cup udad dal
2 cups rice
salt to taste
different vegetables for stuffing
as grated carrot,chopped capsicum,
chopped green chillies,chopped onion
corns,sliced tomatoes,chopped coriander leaves
Soak poha and udad dal together for 2 hrs.
Soak rice in a separate bowl for 4 hrs.
Now grind poha and udad dal together to a fine paste.
Grind rice to a rough paste.
Mix both and keep overnight for fermentation.
On next day morning it rises to double, add salt and stir it.
Coat the idly maker with oil and pour one spoon of idly batter .
Then arrange all vegetables according to your choice.
Boil water in a heavy vessel,when water starts boiling keep the idly maker and cover lid.
Wait for 5 min,insert a fork into idly if it comes out clean idly is ready.
Remove all idly trays make it cool down and take out all idlies witha spoon.
It look so colourful and in each idly you get a different taste.
Have this with chutney and pickle.
