Cornflakes Mixture I Instant Snacks for Kids I roshniscuisine

Cornflakes mixture this one I prepared when I found my snacks boxes are empty and something instant n quick snacks I need to prepare and this comes to my mind.
On next day I tasted this to my Yoga members and they liked it so much…they just wanted to know how it is so light and it is felt like that it is not fried…whats the best compliment you ever get for a fried recipe…I never thought to prepare a video on this as it is so easy to prepare. But whom I tasted this one they liked it so much…so thought why not try a video on this and show the trick how to make it so light…n tasty. So lets get started
Preparation Time 5 min
Frying Time 10 to 12 min
Serving Persons 6 to 8


2 cups cornflakes
½ cup poha
¼ cup peanuts
2-3 whole red chili
15-20 curry leaves
1  tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Black Salt to taste
OIL to deep fry

Heat oil for deep frying.
So first we deep fry the peanuts in low to med flame till it turns into golden colour n crispy.
Remove from hot oil,fry the curry leaves.
Now fry the whole red chili till crisp.
Take a handful of cornflakes and carefully drop into hot oil.
In high flame only deep fry and it is instant fried.
Similar way do for rest cornflakes .
Now take handful of poha and keep in perforated spoon.
Place the spoon in hot oil and poha is instant fried…do for rest.
Break the fried whole red chili.
Now add black salt,red chili powder and chaat masala to the mixture n mix it well.
Its done…store in an air tight container.
While frying curry leaves be careful, it splutters…
During frying the peanuts,stir it continuously otherwise it get burnt.
In high flame only deep fry the cornflakes and poha…otherwise it soaks more oil and hard.
And always take little amount of poha and keep in the frying spoon and deep fry…in this way it will not spread in oil…and as it is instant fried, when we remove from oil only it turns into more golden colour.
