Palak Pakoda when I prepared this last time and upload in our whatsapp cooking group, all love this . This one I prepared with kofta masala gravy…creamy masala topped with crunchy pakoda…it tastes super yummmm. Here I show you some tips n tricks so that it will be super crispy and remain crispy for long time. And you know friends one of my friend Raaji also has youtube cooking channel and on what day I upload pakoda recipe in group on that same day she is planning to upload same recipe video on her channel…what an yummy coincidence. But she postponed the idea and upload it after osme dayz and now I did the recording as many frndz like it somuch. So lets get started

Preparation Time 10 min
Cooking Time 5 min per batch
Serving Persons 4

2 bunch of palak
½ cup besan
2 tbsp rice flour
½ tsp carom seeds
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½  tsp red chili powder
1 tsp sesame seeds
OIL do deep fry
2 tbsp water
Black Salt to taste

First wash the spinach leaves thouroughly n chop it.
Then add all rest ingredients t this n mix it well.
Water oozes out of spinach…so add little water only so that the besan mixture is little coated on leaves.
Heat oil for deep frying .
Take small small dumpling and pour into hot oil in high flame.
After osme time reduce the flame low to medium.
Deep fry these pakoras till it turns into crispy.
Stir it in between so that lal pakoras are evenly fried.
When it is done remove from hot oil and place on an absorbent paper so that excess oil is drained out.
Serve hot…

To make it more crispy I have added less besan so that the leaves are little coated with the besan mixture.
I have added little rice flour to make the pakoda more crispy.
I have added little sesame seeds to give a crunchy bite.
Always add the carom seeds by rubbing it to enhance the flavour more.
By adding little carom seeds,it helps in digestion.
I have prepared both crispy n soft palak pakoda…soft one can be done by adding more besan.
You can add some curd, tamarind n green chutney on pakoras with some chaat masala and serve as a palak chat.
