Crispy Rice Dosa
2 cups rice
1 cup grated coconut
1 inch ginger cut into pieces
3 green chili cut into pieces
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp seasme seeds
salt to taste
water to make batter
oil to make dosa
Soak rice for 4 to 5 hrs.
Add coconut, green chili,ginger n cumin seeds to this n grind to a little coarse paste. Add little by little water while grinding.
After it done , add sufficient water to make thin batter n add seasme seeds with salt.
Heat tawa n pour oil all over it.
Spread batter on it in high flame…dont cover tawa otherwise it will be smoith.
When it turns golden brown colour, remove from tawa n serve it.
To make a cone shape dosa, cut from center to edge n fold it as shown in pic.
