This is an Italian appetizer…so easy to prepare and tastes yummy.For this Baguette bread is used…you can use normal bread slice or any french loaf also.This is so colourful as I have used three colour capsicum so in this way kids also love these.So lets get started

Ingredients
1 baguette bread

2 medium onion chopped

1/2 cup chopped green capsicum

1/2 cup choped red capsicum

1/2 cup yellow capsicum

2 big garlic crushed n chopped

2 tsp of mixed herbs(parsley+oregano+thymes)

1 tsp red chili flakes

3 tbsp butter

3 tbsp tomato sauce

2 tbsp chili sauce

2/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese

2 tsp soya oil

Salt to taste

Procedure

Heat  soya oil in a pan.
When oil is properly hot,add chopped onion with a pinch of salt so that it is cooked faster.
Then add chopped capsicum all green,red and yellow.
Saute till it is cooked.
Now add the sauces and half of mixed herbs to this.
Mix it well and the mixture is done.
Cut the baguette bread into thick slices by using shredded knife.
Make the butter mixture by adding little mixed herb and garlic to this.
Spread the butter mixture on each slice of bread and toast these on tava.
After some time the garlic is little toasted and you get a light golden colour.
Remove to a plate and top with 1 big spoon of veggie mixture.
On this top with grated cheese and sprinkle the rest mixed herbs.
Meanwhile preheat  the oven for 10 min at 180 degree in baking mode.
Bake the bread slices till the cheese gets melt.,it harldy takes 3 to 4 min.
Serve hot…njoy

Notes

Bake the crostini till the cheese melts…otherwise the bread turns to be harder.
Crush and chop the garlic…in this way you get more flavour from garlic.
You can add mushroom,paneer for topping also.

Use shredded knife to cut the bread,it is easier.
Keep the chili flakes seprate so that after baking you can sprinkle so that it looks more colourful and can skip for kids also.
