Curd is a regular dish over the world…it can be used as itself,in salad,in curries,sweet dishes,dosa,idlies etc etc….
My daughter loves Curd…sometimes she has curd as side dish with chapati n side dish taken granted
1 tsp curd
1 liter milk
Boil the milk little more so that it get little thicken.
Bring it to little above room temperature.
Take a bowl,take 1 tsp of curd,pour the milk to this.
Stir it n cover this.
Now keep this in a warm place for 4-5 hours.
Your curd is ready…
When its ready keep inside the freeze,otherwise it become sour.
