2 medium size brinjal
2 cup thick curd
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp udad dal
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 red chili whole
3 green chili slitted
8-10 curry leaves
2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
OIL for deep frying
Cut brinjals in length wise.
Meanwhile heat oil,deep fry the brinjals.
Now in a bowl take the curd n whisk it.
Add salt,sugar,re chili powder,mix well.
Add the fried brinjals to this.
Heat oil,add all spices n curry leaves.
When mustard seeds start crackle add this tadka to curd.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
