
Dahi Bhindi
Dahi Bhindi same as dahi baingan but here bhindi is shallow fried instead of deep fried…
Ingredients
250 gm bhindi
2 cups of curd
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
chopped coriander leaves
3 tsp oil
salt to taste
1 tsp pancha phoran
1 whole red chili
7-10 curry leaves
Procedure
Cut bhindis into i inch length,cut from both ends.
Now marinate this with coriander,cumin,turmeric,red chili powder for 15 min with 1 tsp oil.
Add red chili flakes,sugar,salt n chopped coriander leaves to curd n mix well.
Now heat 1 tsp oil,shallow fry bhindis till it softens…
Add this to curd mixture.
Now heat rest oil,add pancha phoran,whole red chili n curry leaves.
Add this to bhindi mixture…its ready to serve…
