
Dhania-Dahi Chutney
This one told one of my North Indian friend Tanu she came here for one month but we became good friends in less span of time…
I asked her tell some new n easy dishes of ur region so she told this one it well goes with stuffed parantha or chapati
Ingredients
1 bunch of coriander leaves
1/4 cup pudina leaves
1 inch ginger
1 big garlic cloves
1 small onion chopped
1/8 cup tomato cubes
little water to make paste
1/4 cup curd
salt to taste
Procedure
Chop coriander leaves with stem.
Then mix all the ingredients except curd n make a fine paste.
Now add the curd to this n mix properly.
Have this with any stuffed parantha or simple chapati also.
