
Dhokla Mini Uttapam…
Made dhokla yday morning…some left so thought to make mini uttapam out of this…it come out really nice
I added some leftover curry to this to get extra flavour…

Ingredients
4 to 6 piece of dhokla
1/2 cup leftover curry(optional) I have so added to this
2 tbsp rice flour
1 large onion chopped
1 large tomato chopped
2 green chilli chopped
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp sesame seeds for crunchyness
1/2 tsp garam Masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Water to make batter
Oil to shallow fry
Tomato Ketchup
Procedure…
Mix all ingredients except water n oil and mash it properly…
Now add water to make semi liquid batter.
Heat tawa n spread oil.
Take a handful batter n put on tawa n flatten this with palm…make 4 to 6 like this.
Make sure flame is low…so that it is crunchy ( in between make flame little high for 1 min)
When one side is little crispy flip it n spread oil again…to make other side crunchy
Serve hot with ketch up…
